The HSFL's Senior Official, Mulroe began his work with the league during the 2001 season. Mulroe is
a jack of all trades when it comes to officiating, he works not only the HSFL, but also Softball, Baseball, and Basketball
at the highschool level and has been acknowledged state-wide for his achievements. Mulroe's impact on the HSFL is easily
noticed by those who have followed the league for years. Games just seem to run a little smoother when Mulroe is on
the field. Mulroe appeared in a limited number of games last season due to academic obligations at the University of
Southern Indiana at Evansville, but has since broken off all ties with that institution. Mulroe will be back in the
Region for the 2002 season and figures to appear at most, if not all, of the HSFL contests this year. In addition to
his attendance, Mulroe is reportedly exploring the idea of adding more officials to his crew for the 2002 season.
